So I haven't had any questions about my menu up until now because I've been confident that it's a good, balanced Atkins induction menu. But over the past two or three days, I've noticed my fat intake has increased quite a bit. To the point where it's about 70% of my calorie intake. I'm taking in a good number of carbs and proteins. So my question is: It is possible to eat TOO much fat on Atkins? Should I scale back? Or is 70% no big deal?
