    Re: So Ashamed....

We all have to start somewhere. Take a look at some of the 300+ pound people who have already dropped large amounts of weight in the before and after section and realize just what you are capable of. Also keep in mind that there are many people who are 350+ pounds who would be proud to be at your current weight. Pick up your cross, follow DANDR's rules, and in no time people will be looking at you in complete awe for dropping 10, 50, or 100+ pounds. You can be the next success story regardless of your starting point.

Just stick to it, put you're blinders on. Don't worry about others right now, you are worth it.

The first time I was on Atkins I was over 300, I lost 130 pounds. I felt amazing I had done this. I gained weight back when I stopped and really felt shame as well. I knew what I had to do but couldn't collect myself enough to do it. I am back on track now, I will make it. I also will never weigh over 300 again.

              Great progress, SB
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
