  • Back "Again"

    Okay everyone,

I am back again and have not been around for about 2 years now. I have dropped some weight on my own just skimming the top and with excersize bu the only thing that ever fully worked for me was excersize mixed with atkins..

Here is my dilema, I know that the first time i did atkins i did not do it correctly, i ate nothing but tons of meat and cheese and had no clue about Rungs and the OWL.. I need to buy a book that explains all of this or find the info online that i can print out.

Any help finding this info or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. I am starting induction Monday.

    THank you,

    Raymond

    Re: Back "Again"

    Welcome back Raymond

Well, as you know, on ADBB we follow the 2002 version of Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution, so the best favour you can do yourself would be to get a copy and read up on it before starting on induction.

There are several threads in the FAQ forum that will get you started if you don't want to wait till you have done that, but the book explains things so much better than they can.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

If you cannot find "Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution" 2002 edition at your local used book store, you can find it on Amazon.com and pick it up for just a few dollars plus S&H.
