  • Food Triggers

    I was just curious as to what foods trigger different people. For instance eating nuts and pork rinds doesn't stall me or hinder me from losing weight. However eating mayo anytime and a delicious juicy steak at night, makes me gain or stall. What about everyone else...

    Pickles give me major cravings but just for more pickles. Wish the sodium wasn't so high in them. Nothing else has given me cravings yet.

      Believe it or not, if I make salad dressing with olive oil and lemon juice I gain, if I make it with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, I lose...I just don't understand that!!! Should be the opposite!

        I just love pickles.. OMG wrapped in roast beef and mustard.. is my fave...but I eat too many and have to stay away...Guekjian, I have a tough time with salad dressings sometimes too.. in the beginning I didn't but now I do....

            I don't have any "triggers", sweeteners don't cause cravings, nor does caffeine. I don't overindulge in either one though. The only thing that truly stalls me is my sluggish appetite.

            I have upped my work out routine though and kicked it up again.
            35, 5'10 1/2
            start weight 280
            lost 65 pounds
            goal weight 190, for now
            I will see if I need a new goal after that one
            25 pounds to go!

              whipping cream makes me stall and doesnt sit well with me cause i think im allergic to it same go's for sour cream

              too much cheese can make me stall

              the medium-high carb starchy vegetables can make me stall like spagetti squash

              avocado im not sure if it makes me stall but it doesnt sit well with me

              i think all sweeteners don't sit well with me

              i like seeds but not nuts cause they don't sit well with me however il try to get these

              also i can never eat too much fiber it hurts my gut but im gonna test out these
