  • Bombed!!!!!

    The second day I was on Atkins i totally bombed! Caved in an ate what I wasnt supposed to and in the mist of it I realized I hadnt thrown away all illegal foods. I really messed up and spent the whole weekend gorging on snacks I had in the kitchen and fast food. So i just went thoroughly through my kitchen and came up with a garbage bag full of illegal foods. Im not going to beat myself up, just pick up the pieces and start over

        Thanks for the support. I just basically copied the whole induction food list into a note on my Iphone so I dont forget lol

          You're very welcome! You'll find that having the list handy will really help a lot until you get the hang of the whole thing.

            Yep, making your home a fail safe environment before you start is a good idea.

                  Yay, you got control. Just remember you will need to plan your meals in advance to avoid eating something that is not on Induction. Drink lots of water to flush out those nasty foods.

                      I can plan 1-2 days ahead. Sometimes I eat more or less than what I plan. I am at the grocery store 4x week too getting new veggies. Thank goodness spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers are cheap!

                      Genaw.com/lowcarb has great recipes. I have liked almost everything I have made from her recipes.

                        When I started to use fitday.com I would plan each week of menus in advance so I could work out my shopping lists and have the right amount of foods in the kitchen.
