hi guys! this is only my 2nd post, i was wondering if any of you could offer some advice.
i'm on day 2 and am really struggling. i'm craving chocolate and fizzy juice so badly. i think it's sugar more than anything as i usually eat a lot of choc.
this morning i've had an ommelette with cheese and ham and a couple of glasses of water. i ended up having a cappucino too as i felt shakey. now a few hours later i feel hungry and shakey again
where am i going wrong and what can i do? i don't think i'm going to last much longer being honest

Try drinking decaf black coffee with sweeteners or sugar free jello to kick the cravings, but only 3 sweeteners a day on induction
