    It's finally Friday! YIPPPEEEEE!!!!!!

    I am sitting at my desk. Only two people here today so far. Eating my omelet with spinach and gouda cheese with a side of avocado and enjoying a piping hot cup of coffee. I love this time of day. And just to think I used to hate the mornings. I love mornings now and dread night time.

      I am thinking how to surviwe this summer on atkins... Its going to be my first summer... And normaly it is associated with lots of fruits and veggies...

              Yes, JaxMama! That's what I meant! Thanks for filling in the blanks Have lost only one pound in 4 weeks (and had to wiggle back and forth on the scale to get the needle to dip for that pseudo-pound.) Although clothes might? be fitting easier. Fitday says I'm on track. Still waiting for the WHOOSH fairy to come along.

              Although, I have moments when I'll take instant gratification in any aspect of my life. Sheesh, universe, a little positive feedback would be welcome

              Off to do something better than whine, now.

                          So move to OWL, girl!!

                          With only just over 20 pounds left to lose you need to start adding carbs and different foods to see what your body can handle.

                          More veggies is rung 1 and fruits- berries and melons - are on rung 4!

                              The whoosh fairy will come. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water. If you are playing by the book then up your water to 150 oz a day and see what happens. Helps me!

                                Ahhhhh it's finally Friday. Tomorrow my DH is volunteering for a kids' run and I am hanging out with my daughter in the morning playing outside. I can't wait to sit outside watching her play and drinking my beloved 1 cup of coffee. Ahhhhhhhh
