What worries me is I just noticed that it has one carb per serving, and I used to to make quiches (that are now baking for dinner)
That adds up to a good amount of carbs, right? Crap! I hate when I don't check things well at the store, but I guess it's better that I checked before I ate?
THe second ingredient is skim milk. Is that what is making it go up in carbs?
Sorry if I'm annoying, but after my cheat this weekend, I have no desire to do that ever again and certainly not because I made a mistake with ingredients! Know what I mean?
Most of your local Mall type kitchen gadget stores (ours is Kitchen Collection) carry whipped Cream dispensors. You can make a 100% heavy whipping cream "whipped cream" or you can make your own recipe.
My wife takes 1/2 to 1 pint heavy whipping cream, 1 packet of Splenda and just a few drops of natural vanilla extract. Put the cover on the dispenser and mix well. Add the NO2 cartridge and allow it to pressurize the container. AND, dispense your own canned whipped creme (must be dispensed upside down). You can modify the recipe to fit your own tastes.
NOTE: When you buy your dispenser, it DOES NOT come with the NO2 (nitrous oxide, yes...laughing gas) cartridges. You won't be able to find them on the shelves. Ask the clerk at the register.
I use it to add cream to my coffee, you can put it on sugar free jello. (Or even just shoot it in your mouth.)
Remember, due to the increas in volume caused by the NO2, you will actually be getting fewer grams of everything, unless you pig out on whipped cream! LOL!
heavy cream has a higher fat % then a carton labeled whipping cream. they are not the same but can be subbed for eachother in most r4cipes. DR Atkins sasy to use heavy cream

My words almost exactly. They are similar but not the same. If it says whipping cream it most likely is the 'lighter' version. Look for Heavy Whipping cream, they are usually side by side in the dairy/milk area. The carb count is slightly higher for whipping cream as opposed to heavy whipping cream or heavy cream (different terminology, same thing).
Oh and whipping it in a blender makes a nice thick cream which I jsut started to use in protein shakes (Isopure Zero Carb).
