I did, but VERY CAREFULLY. I realized I had a tendency to do too many of my 20 carbs on Atkins bars. So I gave them up completely as part of a challenge on this website (for 2 weeks), and noticed an immediate weight loss. Then I've reintroduced them to myself gradually, like one every few days, and still doing OK. I actually did induction for a little over a month since I have so far to go. Good Luck!

Did you find a bar or shake that was acceptable on induction? So far I can't seem to find one that doesn't have some ingredient that isn't allowed.
If you go by the ingredients you are correct, none of them are allowed, even if they say they are on the front. Also if you don't know how sugar alcohols will affect you, you may stall on them. If you look the way they get their carb count so low on the front is not from fiber subtraction it's from sugar alcohols being subtracted. There's conflicting info on if you absorb these or not, some say no, some say you absorb up to 1/2.
If you stall first things I would remove are the bars and shakes. You may be one that can lose with them though.

I guess I'm more of a by the book person. Regardless of what the packaging says I always go by the ingredients so it surprised me that Akaia and Kandi did have, or are planning to have, these on induction (unless they found one that I wasn't aware of that is induction legal).

I swear there is something in the Atkins bars that makes you want more...and more and more and... I had not had these in years (they were yucky back then...easy to stay away from) and then I sent away for the free Atkins startup kit. Received 3 different bars. Have to say they were very yummy. So yummy that I wanted to eat them all at the same time (I didn't.) So yummy that I went out and bought a couple boxes.
IMNSHO, this was a HUGE mistake. I had not had any really sweet things in well over a year and not since I had started Atkins. Now all of a sudden I was craving sweets. I wanted to have more of those bars. The thing is that they weren't even satiating at all after finishing one.
It took me over a month to kick that cravings beast to the curb. I learned my lesson. I'll stick to homemade treats where one IS enough.
p.s. My weight loss had slowed dramatically too. Was it the bars? Don't know. Maybe I'm approaching my CCLL. Not sure. My advice is to use these products with extreme caution. Using them on Induction would mean that you would never get off on the right foot with controlling desires for sweets. It really IS so much better to have control over your food rather than having your food have control over you. Just a thought...
I've never tried the Atkins bars, but when I was on WW I would buy a box of their bars and found I could eat them like candy bars and usually all at once.
Just not worth trying the bars for me. But, that is just me. If they work for you and you have the self control to keep them in the plan...as planned... then go for it!
