could be a thousand things... (it happens to me a lot)... up and down 4 or 5 pounds at a time..

    could be salt... (water retention)...

if you're female.. could be hormones affecting weight and water retention (TOM stuff)

either way... it will disappear .... bet on it! if you just stick to the plan... it will happen...

Another thing that can cause temporary water weight is to up or change your exercise routine. The body retains extra water to 'repair' muscle.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Like mentioned it could be any # of things, some depend on your gender

Are you constipated or using fiber products, either of those things can cause big jumps on the scale. Did you use the same scale, at around the same time with the same type of clothes or lack of clothes as you did before?

I gained over 7 lbs one day after induction. It seems to be a common thing for those in weeks 3-4.

Post a menu so we can take a look. Drink your water, lots and lots of it. Make sure you eat your veggies! Give it a week to come off. I am sorry if that isn't what you want to hear. It took me 12 days to get rid of the 7 lbs I "gained." But my clothes were still loose during that time I "gained".

Lots of folks on here do measurements. Try that to see if there is a difference.

You have done great so far. Keep it up, don't give up.
