Today was my actual first day of atkins induction. Can you all please check my menu to see if i did well and where i can improve on.
Breakfast
2 eggs
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 slice cheddar cheese
snack
cream cheese muffin
lunch
thin chicken breast cooked in 2 tbsp of olive oil
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup of sliced jicama
snack
cream cheese muffin
dinner
baked salmon
2 cups romaine lettuce with 1/4 cup sliced cucumber and ranch dressing
snack
2 cream cheese muffins
I have also logged all of this into fitday and i have the link to my public profile in my signature.
