Of course there will be exceptions to everything. I was speaking in general terms. Most "dieters" that get fat aren't following any established plan the proper way. IMO

You know, I really hate it when you have put a lot of thought in a post and taken a good half hour to make it perfect then somehow hit a key and it all goes bye bye

I've had that happen to me, too. Now, if I'm going to spend a lot of time on a post, I do it in notepad first and then copy it to the message area.

By the way, bykerdruid, it was definitely worth posting a second time. I totally agree.
