Have you got one of those mini fridges you can plug into the cigaretter lighter thingie in the car? If so you could keep any 'legal' snacks cool in it.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I would cook up some chicken and then keep it cold in a cooler and munch on that, if possible (though it would be hard if you are driving).~Kristi

Eating and driving is a habit to break. Trust me. It is one I have had to work with. Eat meals. Don't snack out of boredom. That being said I also recommend a little cooler with a few foods in to eat. Veggies, eggs, meat.

You can make a big batch of flax muffins and have one a day. You can also make induction legal shakes with silky tofu or cream cheese.
Why not just eat beforehand and bring a small snack for in between? Or stop and have a salad.5'4, Medium framed female.

Exercise: Stroll leisurely around Miami Beach 1-3 times a week, between 4-8 miles every time.
