So I have been doing atkins since Feb. 22nd. I weighed 355. It's April 18th and I am down to 325! I was so happy when I looked down and it said I lost 30 lbs!! I wish it was a lot more, but I'll def. take it! I think if I work out more, i'll lose it faster.. not to fast.. but maybe 30lbs a month instead of 2 months! Any meal ideas would help out.. Im getting tired of the same old stuff I have been eating!
