I decided Saturday to revert back to induction. The purpose is to try to get rid of my sweet cravings. I couldn't say what foods would cause my cravings so I figure...go back to ground zero. And attempt to do it right this time.
I got out the book again and read through several chapters last night freshening up on the Rules of induction. So far I have followed everything. Limiting my splenda, cream, cheese, etc.
Today is day 2. I plan on staying on Induction until I go on my cruise on 4/29. On 4/29 I plan on moving to RUNG 1 again. I know that will be only 11 days on induction.
Of course my dilemma will be drinking alcohol on the cruise so technically I won't be on RUNG 1 FROM 4/29- 5/2. I guess I will drink low carb alcohol and eat as is from RUNG 1. When I get back on 5/3 I will get back onto RUNG 1 and of course no alcohol. I am sure I won't want anymore alcohol after the cruise anyway. FOR A LONG TIME.
Let me say this to all the newbies....follow induction strictly...it's your best ally on Atkins.
