    i had a baad night ... i could not sleep till 2 am .. craving sugar .. i ate a gummy vitamin of my kid ..,, but well i was not hungry ..yet felt something missing .

    so i know we cannot have fruit juices ...

    can we beat splenda with egg , and eat that ?? LOL.


    the only thing that is motivating me is the pics.. omg ..ppl have become skinny ...
    so .... And where do you find the energy to work out ??

    I have a treadmill at home.. been doing it ..but just didnt wanna do it today ...

    The best way to get over your craving for sweet is to not feed it.

    I'm sure you could beat splenda with an egg, though why you would ruin the egg escapes me.

      Are you reading the book? (DANDR 2002)

      The only way you will eliminate the cravings you are suffering is if you just don't have them. Make sure you read the ingredients on those gummy vites, there might be sugar in them.

      Once you beat that sugar craving, you will do great, but you need to do that or you'll find yourself more miserable than you'd like to be on this WOE.

        Better to eat a highfat snack rather than feed your sugar monster what it is asking for
