You need to look at the list of ingredients to make sure all are 'legal' for the phase of Atkins you are at to help you decide if it is OK for you to use.
As I see you are at premaintenance phase, have you tried out grains yet? If so then assuming the bread contains no sugar in any of its disguises or any other non-Atkins ingredients then you could see how you do with it.
Depending on which grains it contains you might be fine with it or you might have blood sugar symptoms as described in DANDR, so you will have to test it out.

here is the ingredients:
Sprouted Whole Grains of *kamut®, *spelt, *wheat, *rye, *millet, lentils, eggs, organic non-gmo soy milk protein, flax, sesame, *quinoa, *amaranth, wheat gluten, 7 grain flakes, oat bran, sea salt & yeast.
awhile back i did not entirely know about the rungs and was eating these 10 net carb whole wheat wraps well i was 100% stalled for months untill i cut them out of my diet
then i found out whole wheat is rung 9 thats the highest rung so even though its low carb its still harder to handle than other carbs
also the only safe soy to eat is organic non-gmo 100% properly fermented soy of tempeh, miso or nato.
so soy milk protein is not fermented and is not safe to eat. note it's basically impossible to find soy thats safe to eat so just avoid it and soy lethicin is bad too YouTube - Why Soy Is NOT a Health Food www.mercola.com
also the wheat gluten and yeast can cause problems for alot of people i think
