I am just kind of curious if people have stall issues or have cheated, do they go all the way back to Induction. Does that help? Does that make you get back on track?

Re: Going back to Induction
Going back to Induction shouldn't be the solution to a stall.
If you've "cheated" and have cravings again, a week on Induction might be the answer.
With "cheating", if cravings don't resume, just continuing on at your current carb level should be the correct approach.
Too many think "going back to Induction" is the solution for "everything", and it's not always.J.

Re: Going back to Induction
I have on occasion gone back to OWL 2 for a week or two. During that time I also really clean up my menu with little or no sweeteners and minimal cheeses.
This is not in DANDR; it is just what I do. I am one of those who believes in some carb cycling so my body doesn't become complacent in weight loss. Also, as the months go by I tend to become a little lax in my menus (max amounts of cheese, max amount of sweeteners, too many recipes, etc.) and this also helps me to get back in control of things. EMMV (Everyone's mileage may vary
)
p.s. I am doing this now on the Boot Camp Challenge.

Re: Going back to Induction
Oh Gosh no I do not make desserts.. however during the holidays.. Mizski posted this lemon ricotta pie.. and it was really so delicious.. that I deleted the recipe...Because as a whole, I do not like sugar free desserts...I can not stand the after taste and its no substitute for the real thing...but that one was good...I find it easier to roast a piece of chicken..and have a salad...or some other veggie...

Re: Going back to Induction
Yeah, that lemon ricotta pie was delicious wasn't it!
I can do portion control but the problem is that I am having it too many days in a row to use it up. Things like that should be an occasional treat. I froze some of my slices.
That is also a problem I have with sweets type recipes and some things like the mock rice custard or pumpkin bake can't be frozen. I'm trying to stay away from dessert recipes now...I feel much better too and hopefully my weight loss will pick up better also.

Re: Going back to Induction
I got back on induction on Sunday, so this is day 5. This has done a world of wonder for my cravings. I am not doing the full 14 days but I almost think these 5 days were well worth it. I might think about moving to RUNG 1 sooner than 1 week from now.
if you have cheated and have cravings that you can't stop or can find a food causing it. I would go back to induction eating and see what happens.
i hope you figure it out.

Ohhhh LIV, you are taking the fun out of this. J/K! That's why I went induction cold turkey to help keep myself in control of mistakes that could have been made.
It was a good decision although I hated it on Tuesday....referring to post no pain no gain.
