Tried scanning the challenge photo to Photobucket.com. That part went fine. Can't seem to get it into my signature. Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

                Re: Looking Great for Summer

Day 1 of the 300 pound weaklings serch for the missing GUNZ!:

Three fifths of the way thru my 1st work out (in many years)!

I've had problems over the past 4 or 5 years with rotator cuff damage and surgeries, so I'm starting light.

I managed 4 sets of 12 for One-Handed Biceps Curls, French Press and Bent Over Rows. The curls and rows were done one handed with a 15# dumbbell, the French Press used 2 hands with the same dumbbell.

Dumbbell presses shouldn't be a problem.

Not looking forward to the Lateral raises, but I will be doing them EXTREMELY light because of the rotator cuff therapy. Well see how we advance.

I wil probable stay at the 15 pound level for the week, then advance the weights by 5 pounds every time I get to be able to do 4 sets of 12.

                And away we go!
