    anyone got any motivational hints or happy thoughts? i keep doing really good and then eating sugar. which is really dumb because i then throw everything ive ever eaten up in about two hours. i know im dumb. i just cant stop you know? on the positive side, pretty clouds today

      Can you throw away all the sugar-laden items out of your home? It seems like a bad idea to have them if they make you sick, ya know?

      The reality is that you will need to decide not to eat it anymore if it is hurting you. One thing that is effective for me is to try to remember how I've felt in the past when I've given in to a temptation, and how good it feels to have NOT given in, kwim?

      You can do this. You don't need to allow sugar to tell you how you are going to conduct yourself around it. You tell IT.
