Hi all
I am just starting to prepare myself for next weeks weigh in and I was wondering, after a good weight loss in the first week, how likely is it for a slight gain or a "no change" in the second?
Whats your experience?
I know that in the long term, I will succeed with good losses, but obviously, at this moment in time it is all new and exciting and I am preparing myself for a less successful week, so that I do not go off track.
I do feel positive though about how I am doing. I have not 'cheated' once and I am eating the right amount of carbs!

That is why the tape measure is my biggest ally in my journey! If I hadn't noticed that I had lost so many inches I would have given up. Though I did lose 5lbs the first week and nothing the second and so far nothing in the third either but I lost 1.5inches on each measurement the first week and .5inch each week thereafter so it's keeping me sane and on track. Just my two cents worth.
But then again today is the end of my third week w/two weeks of induction and one week of OWL. BUT I also started weight training in the second week of induction so I expected there to even be a gain on the scale!
