Hello all! I was out and about today and found myself at Carl's Jr. because I new they had a low carb burger: Angus beef, tomato, onions, 2 pickles, mayo (I skipped the catchup and processed cheese) wrapped in a piece of lettuce. Would this be considered okay on induction (I am on my second week)? What do you think? This seems like a great way to go if it is okay! Thanks!

Re: Carl's Jr. Low Carb Burger?????
I think it would be good. If the mayo was the sweet kind I would skip it too. Salty but not too bad I would say.
But their chili cheese fries had almost 1000 calories and that is a side dish. Wowsie

Re: Carl's Jr. Low Carb Burger?????
NOT SURE where you are living but IN and OUT has a great protein burger.. meat cheese onions sauce in lettuce they are SOOO YUMMY!! ALSO look for places that sell ground turkey burgers, eat it open face one bread toss the other side.., red robin sells a great one..I cook skinless chicken and put it in the ice box and serve it with tortillas and veggies, its great!!! PLUS there are glad steamer bags, put in a piece of fish or skinless chicken and veggies, take it to work, put in microwave for time on the bag usually about 3-4 min and DONE with a Delicious lunch or dinner!! GOOD LUCK
