I bought some Lyon artichokes, but I'm not sure how to count them. Fitday has only French or Globe as choices. Are Lyons French, because they don't look the same as Globes. TIA!

Re: Lyon Artichokes?
Weigh it and enter it by weight in FitDay. According to the USDA database, 60% of an artichoke is stem and inedible parts, so keep that in mind when entering the weight (you should only enter the weight of the edible part).I bought some Lyon artichokes, but I'm not sure how to count them."Get action.
