  • hi friends aint been on in a while

    but i have stuck to my diet i started back at november 1st last year weighing in at 252lbs 5 months on im feeling great lost 70 ish lbs down to my goal weight aswell (updated pics will get posted soon)

    my question is i am very bad for water retention whats the best thing to eat to help me with this? i drink 4-6 litres of water aday and eat my greens also.

    any help would be great

    im 28 6ft 2"

    weight loss so far 79 lbs yeehaa

    im now in the 50 club

    current weight 173 lbs

    I would see your Dr for the water retention. There are lots of causes for it. I am dealing with it too, not fun.

      Also wanted to say WOOHOO on the weightloss that is amazing that you are already at goal. Good job.

          You should change your "Atkins phase"!

          Are you eating more vegetables than just "greens"?

          Very often more water helps with water retention.

              Click on User CP at the upper left hand corner, the click on Edit your details and change the phase in the drop down. Then save.
