I began running about 6 weeks ago. We bought a treadmill and I have been religiously using it 4-5 times per week. When I first started running I couldn't even run for 30 seconds at 4 mph without feeling like I was gonna die. Well fast forward 6 weeks...I just ran 5.3 miles (yup 8.52km) in 48 minutes. Without this WOL I would not have had the energy to do this
I am thinking that I might perhaps start working towards a half marathon.
