  • Canned Pumpkin

I know there was a shortage of pumpkin last year due to some heavy rains and a bunch of ruined crop. No stores around me have canned pumpkin in stock. Anyone ordered it online at a reasonable price? I really don't want to spend $3.49-$3.99 +shipping for a can of pumpkin.

I believe Amazon.com has it. And if it's over $25, it's free shipping.

      Re: Canned Pumpkin

You are right, there is no pumpkin anywhere. If I had known, I'd have hoarded a bunch of it in December!
I'm going to a ratty litttle grocery store where the canned goods have an inch of dust on them...maybe they still have some pumpkin. If not, I'll try Amazon. I didn't know you could order canned goods through them. LOL!

I think we should all just chunk a few seeds at the edge of the yard and grow our own this year...

Our grocery store keeps a pretty steady supply of pumpkin but WM hasn't carried any since last year. So check out the smaller stores you might have better luck.

I live in Los Angeles.. and I swear I have been everywhere and the only thing I find is pumpkin pie filling...no plain pumpkin... but like it was said previous.. come Thanksgiving time I am hoarding a few cans to try a couple of recipes I have been dying to try....

I already have mine planted. I grow them every year, along with spaghetti squash and zukes.

                    Hey there Mr. AreYouGonnaEatThat,

I have a question not an answer to your canned pumpkin dilemma. How do you put your ticker on your signature? I have made one and have yet to apply it correctly.

I love pumpkin myself but haven't had trouble finding it. What are some of your favorite ways to eat canned pumpkin?

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
