  • Are all Waters water?

I'm finding the water intake generally refreshing though by mid-day, a little wearisome. But yesterday at my favorite grocery store (Loblaws in Canada) I found a carb-free, sweetener-free, additive-free, calorie-free, every-thing free selzer. Bought a bottle and loved it! Selzer is on the list of acceptable beverages assuming no additives, etc.

My question is this - does selzer count as water intake - as part of the 64 oz per day. If so, I'm taking a bottle of this to work each day.

    Cheers all!

    A Happy Canadian

In the acceptable food list water is explained as:

    Acceptable Beverages
Be sure to drink a minimum of eight eight-ounce glasses of water each day, including: Filtered water
    Mineral water
    Spring water
    Tap water
