so im trying this fit day thing to find out why im not losing. and when i typed in cauliflower it says it has 7.2 carbs in 1 cup. and it should be on the accepted foods list but thats a ton. do you subtract the fiber? Any other tips to boost metabolism. I lost 16 lbs in the first month and nothing for 6 weeks. I did cheat once or twice in the last 2 months but otherwise pretty faithful

How much water are you drinking?
Aside from the two cheats, what's "pretty faithful" exactly?

This should help you with the ticker:
It's better to enter foods raw in FitDay. Otherwise FitDay assumes you are adding all kind of ingredients in cooking.when i typed in cauliflower it says it has 7.2 carbs in 1 cup
