  • Green Tea

    hey all...

was just wondering, is it ok to drink green tea? or should i drink decaffinated green tea?

i didnt know u could get decaf green untill recently, but is there too much caffine in standard green tea for it to be ok? no info on the box.

i spent 2 days feeling like my head was in a vice when i stopped drinking coffee and i dont wanna start a caffine addiction again.

    Re: Green Tea

Well, caffeine isn't promoted on Induction. However, not everyone gives it up. Green tea certainly has less caffeine than regular tea/coffee.

The way to come off caffeine is to do it slowly.

I drink both regular green tea (very rarely) and decaf (more than the regular).
