B-Complex Sublingual Liquid & Sorbitol

Just bought a B-complex Sublingual Liquid. Have taken before, but never notice ingredients till now. It list:Water, Sorbitol, Glycerin, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate (preserv.),Natural Flavoring. I took 1 dropper(1ml), it says you can take a dropper after each meal. Could not find any info on carb/sugar count anywhere on www. Is this okay to take. Is 3ml considered one sweetner or three?

3 ml would be 3 servings of sweetener.

1 ml is a serving of the product, so 3 times would be 3 servings.

Thanks for the info. I kind of thought that would be the case. I'm not doing sweetners right now. Do I count 1 carb per sweetner? Does sweetner cause you to not lose weight?

Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol, so unless there's other sweetener in the liquid vitamin, you wouldn't "technically" have to count it.

Everyone is different.

Could you take the B complex as a pill instead?

I use the ones from NatureMade.

B-complex is not nearly as effective in pill form, especially with regards to B12. You have to take LITERALLY 10 times as much in pill form to get the benefit of sublingual B vitamins!
