    End of week 3

    Hi, here I am again! End of week 3,
    19lbs lost, in ketosis and excellent blood sugars (5.7 mmol/L).
    I love this place......Thanks everyone!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
