              Congrats on the loss!

I can be a compulsive weigher myself, sometimes I have to remind myself MUST AVOID THE SCALE! It's really hard sometimes and then I weigh myself and I've gained and I'm like Ugh! I'm doing everything right, why am I not losing. And once again I have to remind myself that weight fluctuates during the week and weighing once a week is a much more accurate rate of weight loss.
I WILL learn to feel comfortable in my own body again!

Thanks Liv.xx Hu11aba1oo2 its all to do with our bodies extra water etc. Maybe weight yourself once a week in the morning after going to the toilet it is frustrating when your doing it by the book and put on its annoying. xx
