    I GET SO FULL!!!! Can my lowered caloric intake be the cause of my slowed weight loss...it would make sense....its just sometimes I forget to eat more because I get so gull....then its 11 at night and I am like oh man I barely ate anything today.
    I am CHUBBY again!

    try eatting more nutrtionally dense food choices.

    listen to your body and feed it when it is hungry even if it is 11 at night. it is going to take more then a few days of eating too little to cause the dreaded starvation mode metabolic slow down, buy by not getting the vits and minerals you need you can slow your metasbolism down
