It really depends on how much you want to lose in total really.
You should be drinking a minimum of 64oz of water today. Then for every 25 lbs you want to lose you should drink an additional 8oz.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
