    Still teatering around 134 still, for 9 days after getting off my cruise/vacation. Not mad about it though.... I tried on all my old clothes that didn't fit a month ago and every single garment fits. That means every single one of my old clothes now fit me.

    I can't believe it! I cannot believe that all of my old pants fit. I truely never thought I would get here. The irony, at 134 lbs those clothes fit me now but 3 years ago I couldn't get into them unless I was below 130. I know I am losing more inches and just waiting for the scale to catch up.

    Seriously, scales lie.

    Now the more serious question/answer.....when to think about maintenance? I didn't think those clothes would fit unless I was 129 or below so I am wondering what to do from here.

    Congratulations!!! A new wardrobe and everything fits.....the next step is up to you - when you are ready to move to maintenance you'll do just fine...look how well you've done this far.

      The scale finally moved to 132.80 catching up with the clothes that fit.

        134... I can't wait to get there....

        scales are the devil... I was down to 169.. but this morning.. jumped back to the 70's... I know it's just temporary... too much salad.... too much salt.. too much something... lol..

        but I know I'll be back to the 60's tomorrow..


        it's so cool to be in control... (and I don't have any clothes to fit anyway.. everything I own is elastic waist.. (I could wear it from 190 to 140.. lol)..

        since I retired... I gave away everything except sweats, shorts, jeans, tank tops..
        2-15-10 194.8 - highest ever!
        2-20-10 190.4 - new scale
        3-20-10 177.8 - 1 month
        5-10-10 169.8 - 25 pounds gone!
