  • My 6 th week of Body For Life

    I have just finished m y sixth week of Body for life and am looking forward to the next 6 to see more results. I am going to be addin some new pics so you all can see my 6 weeks from when I took my last Bikini pic A big difference I am thinking. I have to wait till hubby gets home so he can take them though so be patient. I will post when they are there.

            Here is my stats from 6 weeks ago
            41.43% Body Fat Percentage
            Your body fat percentage determines what percentage of your body weight is made up of fat. The average male has 15% body fat and the average female has 23% body fat.
            140.57 lbs Lean Body Mass (LBM)
            Lean Body Mass (also called "Fat Free Mass") is made up of your muscle, water, organs and bones. The primary goal of any weight loss program should be to conserve or increase lean body mass while reducing fat mass.
            99.45 lbs Fat Mass (FM)
            Fat Mass is the total amount of fat you have on your body.

            Here is my stats today.
            37.87% Body Fat Percentage

            I know my LBM has gone up had it measuredso it is off. I was measured at 147 lbs LBM so That is wrong but hey what do you expect from measurements I know they can be upt to -4to +4% off so not worried.

            I have dropped my fat mass down 4% and gone down 14 lbs so all is good.

                  Ok here they are I notice quite a big Difference in the upper body a bit in the lower Hubby took them a bit different not an upright pic so Sorry bout the difference I think it gives a pretty good idea of how your body can change in 6 weeks.

                    Definite difference on both I would say. Your body just looks smoother all the way around.
