ive been on this diet for one week and still no weight loss!! stayed the same, the ketosis strips say I am in ketosis... why am i not losing weight?

The best thing to do is post your daily menus so we can take a look.
Make sure you took your measurements too.
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you keeping to the limits of sweetners, cheese etc?
Also it would help if we now your stats: man/woman, how much do you want to loose (current weight goal)
But please stick with it, it does work you just may need a little tweaking.
