Hello. One suggestion I do have as far as fruit goes is the have jicama on hand. It is a veggie and you are allowed one cup a day, it tastes like a cross between a apple and a pear. And it has a crunch that helps me get past cravings. Hope that helps a little. When is your start date?

I will be starting tommorow. I bought enough eggs to feed the town were i live. :nod about excercise is horse back riding considered excercise.. That is what i do.. I work long hours and then i go and see my horse after work. I do not ride him much but hey if its excercise i will start with 1/2 hour a day and move up.I also have stationary bike and iron horse but the iron horse i do not really know how it works. i bought it used and really i do not know what it does for me.. yep tommorrow i will start this.. I am happy to have found this forum.. ITs hard all by yourself when people around you do not under stand. I only have 15-to-20 pounds to loose. So here i go . im 35 and weight 145 and want to go down to 130-125. im 5 foot 7. Tommorow is first day of the rest of my life.

5 ft 7inches and 145 lbs sounds perfect already!

Remember that the less you have to lose the longer it will take and don't get discouraged. As someone above said, follow the book exactly for the best results and good luck!

Horse back riding would be strength training I would think. You would still need to get your cardio in, but it's a start and horseback riding is great for the look of your behind.

You need a minimum of 30 minutes of heart raising cardio a day ...

                    YOU CAN DO IT!
