    The ratios to shoot for
    65% fat 30%protein 5% carbs

Your vegis are important you should get them in each day, that os where your carbs come from. ha

That's ALOT of high sodium foods which can and will cause water retention so be sure you're drinking water like crazy today to get rid of the high salt ...

In addition to watching carbs, be ever so mindful of the sodium you are eating.

Both the ham and the bratwurst can be considered "processed" foods, so along with salt intake, you might want to limit your consumption of them.... And you absolutely positively MUST eat your veggies every day. Get into the habit of it, so that you do it without thinking...

What? how can you not eat your veggies! I always have to watch myself so that I don't go over my veggie limit! I find they are a nice break from the steaks I eat.

It could just be you don't have enough veggie variety - try new ones! I love red and orange bell peppers - they have a sweet taste to them which prevents any sugar craving that comes might come my way...

Or half an avocado mashed up on a steak is soooo tasty! gives it a nice creamy taste which opposes the meaty taste and well.. it just works

So try out new veggies! Have some fun with it! Grilled mushrooms and tomatoes together taste great! the mushrooms acquire the sweet taste of the tomatoes.. and well.. its just wonderful.

So no excuses for not eating your veggies! 3 cups per day!

What percentages did fitday give you for these totals?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I will echo much of what you have already been told, that the meats you listed are processed and should not be eaten very often, and the salt is a concern.
                  Veggies, like exercise is nonnegotiable.
I would like to add that as you move up the rungs of OWL, pre-maintainance, and finally maintainance, your fat percentage should go down and both the carbs and protein percentages should go up.
