We're talking slow cooked meat, without any sauce right? If so, it'll probably be okay. It's really the sauces people insist on smearing all over their meat that adds on the carbs. (My daddy used to say "The only time to use gravy is to hide the taste of a badly cooked roast.")~Megs~

I just did a google search, looks like there are lots of variations! Most everything looked atkins acceptable, but you might want to ask whoever it is thats cooking it exactly which way they are preparing it. Be sure to count the carbs in the spices, peppers and if they are using it tomato sauce! Here are just a couple of recipes I found, sure sounds yummy!
