First time in seven months, I cheated. It's my 18th birthday and I went clubbing with my friends. This REALLY cute guy comes up and wants to buy me a Sambuca. Do I decline? No... So, I drink a small shot glass of Sambuca. i'm sure it was more sugar that booze in that.

Will this stall me? I just got out from a four month stall. I DO NOT WANT TO GO THERE AGAIN!

It may cause the scale to go up..or stay the same til your body uses up the alcohol and can get back to burning fat....so be prepared for it.

Just pick up where you left off and go back to your regularly scheduled eating plan and you should be fine.

Is the legal drinking age there 18? Its 21 here in the states.

Ahh, Sambuca....the fertility liqueur. *winks* Just move on with your Atkins, maybe drink a bit more water. There will be a lot of sugar in that drink as liqueurs tend to be sweeter.

How about when they offer to buy you a drink say 'yes thank you, I'll have a club soda with lime", "Drink" doesn't nesicarily have to mean alcohol, there are people who do not ever drink and its not because they are dieting.
