    Breath Mints

    Can anybody recommend some Atkins friendly breath mints for ketosis breath? :yikes Thanks.

    Even the sugar free mints you have to count as 1 carb, and very few are sweetened with splenda. Drinking water can help, or one of the spray breath freshners. I keep mouth wash in my desk for when I have to councel.

      I got sugar free altoids earlier today at Target. Sure they still haev sugar alcohols, but I'd count that depending on how many you have.

        I can't help it... I've used some Altoids cinnamon flash strips.... there's times I can't HELP it... and so far, so good...

          I think the original listerine strips are the best.
          I've received no complaints, and always have them with me.

            Burt's Bees Peppermint Breath Drops... They have vegetable glycerin listed as an ingredient, but I don't know exactly how many carbs that would be. Anyone have an idea? You use an eyedropper and use only two drops at a time... I have used them in the past, but not lately.

              Target sells their own brand of sugar free mints, they are in little tins up by the registers and come in several flavors, my fav is cinnamon. You have to read the ingredients because it doesn't state that they are sugar free on the front of the can...I don't know why. urplequ:
