  • question about psyllium husk

I did a search at GNC and came up with psyllium husk but it was in pill form. It said no sugar, no startch, no wheat, no soy, no yeast. Does anyone use this or would it be better to use the powder? Anyone know? I know the book says use a tabelspoon in water.I just wondered about the pill form. I hate anything in my water.

I use them...take five in the morning, and when having troubles, five in the evening too. They really help me! The only thing I don't like is that they are in capsule form and float in your mouth when you're trying to swollow them. Just a little pet peeve of mine.

It would be fine to take the pills. A former mod used to take them to keep regular.

As for the powdered form, you can mix it into soft food, like scrambled eggs, cottage cheese (if you are in OWL), faux mashed potatoes, etc.
