    Wow What a diet

I do not believe my eyes in 7 days i lost 3 pounds eating bacon and eggs and great meats. I do not have a tape ruler so i can not say how much i lost around my waist or any of that.. But i use to have two lumps of fat at my waist in the back area . they are almost gone.. I can not believe my eyes.. THis really shapes the body.. I do not know exactly what this diet does but man it works wonders.. my jeans are loose in 7 days my body is changing and it help me kick the coffee habit..... thats it im atkins for life.......

    Carolyn :joy

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Carolyn.....Congratulations on getting off to such a good start on Atkins. Amazing isn't it? And it only gets better. This is off topic, but I just wanted to say that is a beautiful horse in your picture. My DH and I used to raise quarter horses, and the blaze-faced sorrels were always my favorites.
