Hey guys! It's been awhile since I've posted but felt like I needed some support. Since beginning Atkins in April I've lost over 40 lbs. I went on vacation and gained back 5. To make a long story short I got the 5 back off the first week I was home, but now find myself in a constant struggle to be as rigourous about Atkins as I used to be. I am maintaining what I've already lost, but I feel like I could slip at anytime. Can someone please help me get my engine fired back up. I know this is a great way of eating, I just need some support to get back on the wagon.
