Ok, silly question here. Hypotheticly, if i only ate meat and veggies for a week, do you think I would still lose weight? The meats for say would be fatty meats dipped in mayo and maybe some carb obtions dressings. The veggies would be mainly broc-lee, lettuce, or celery. I see on here that you are suppose to make sure you get in your 65%-30%-5%, and I DO, but if you don't, does that mean you absolutely will not lose. Please don't start yelling at me for not following atkins, because I am following and loving this way of living/eating. I am only asking this question because some days, very few and far between, I find that I am just not hungry. I snack little here and there, but don't always get my %'ages perfect. Am I doing myself more harm if I don't get these &'ages exact?

Meat and vegetables are just fine IMO.
To be honest, I think it's the best WOE. The bes, whole foods. and you could alway eat higher-carb veges (like tomatoes and onions) to rise the carb %.female/33/5'

Hther, if you're not that hungry, maybe eat smaller meals or "snack" as you said with good food?30yo F 5'5 (166cm)

Re: stalling....remember to haul out your measuring tape when the scale doesn't seem to be moving. I've hardly lost any 'weight' since November, (only about 7 pounds by the scale) but I have on a pair of pyjama bottoms right now that if I shimmy and belly dance, I can make them fall right off...lol ( :yikes it's not a pretty picture though, omigod...lol)
If weight or measurements haven't changed in four weeks, then it's time to re-evaluate what you're doing in terms of foods, water consumption and exercise.

the % arew the iseal numbers to get the max benifets Dr Atkins talks about in DANDR but as he said in the Q and A of chapter 11 any plan where your cals in are less then your cals burned from all sources you will lose weight.
Happy low carbing. Don't start tinkering with your Atkins until you truely are stalled 4 weks on inches no pounds neither. We had a memeber here i called the inches quees she lost more inches then she did pounds almost 5ft of inchs! Once you truely have stalled look at chapter 15 and do what Dr Atkins says to do. you can come here and post you are stalled and see a million different thinks other folk have tried but only you know what you are truely doing that stopped your weight loss basrd on your answers to Dr Atkins suggestions in that chapter. there is no universal stall fixers and you can really mess yourself up trying everything everybody tells you. So if you do msake any changes do only one thing at a time different so you know what it is that fixed your stall.
