I am stuck had a drop in weight down 1 pound right after My TOM. I admit I have not been exercising because of my medical problems but, I am doing something 3 days per week. It is extrewmely hard for me to lose which sucks I am up actually 5 pounds for the last 5 days I am not sure what is going on and I seem to be retaining fluid I have beeen drinking my water but today was a bad day. My poor body I just want you to lose this is like a month long damn stall and also just so you all know my measures are the same and I have gone up in weight STUPID THYROID. Ok, I am done now. I am evaluating what I eat and have upper my veggies and my protein could that cause someone to retain water and stop losing...HMMMM. I sure hope the scale goes down soon cause I am flustered and I want progress I hate being stuck. I am not going to do somehting crazy like cheat I have been cheat free for 6 months and that just isn't me. HMMMM.

Any ideas??? Or am I being silly.

    You're not silly :hug .
You just want results, which is sooooo natural (don't we all).

Maybe cutting down proteins is going to help.
    Maybe upping water even mor?

Or else - I know someone on board (some guy I think, don't remember tho) broke a stall by eating more seafood insted of meat - it's better fats in there and less calories I think.

Good luck whatever you plan to do.
And have patience girl, the weight WILL come down!

      Patience grasshopper patience

when we lower our workouts our body can't handle the same carb load I can do 110 net carbs and lose doing my HIIT and BFL but when I was no lowerbody workouts of any kind restricted last yr after the knee surgery even doing all upperbody workouts in the BFL schedule i had to cut my carbs back to arounf 40 to keep losing and it was aboout a 1/2 pound a month then.
You have changed your meds, lowrered drastically your exercise gotten anemic and altered your diet. you need to be patient and al,ow your body to heal itself. try keeping your carbs down 5-10 lower unless you are inducting and wait this out you know as soon as you get un anemic you are going to be bouncing off the walls with all your energy from having that oxygen carrying red blood levels back to normal and the gym will be popping with your workouts.

      Happy low carbing

Water retention is a common symptom before a sudden drop in weight. Increase your water intake for a couple of days!

Hey maybe a drop of weight is the ticket I can hope I am drinking so much water I need a little tag along potty with me LOL. I am feeling sooo much better and I got my results back from my Crit and I am back up to 33 still a bit under normal but, I feel so freaken awesome. I am more like myself now which is so great and the headaches are starting to go thank goodness. I have a little bounce in my step. I am taking 2 mutivits Doctors orders to get my levewls up a bit more I can't stomach the ferris pills they make me sick and I have 2 more shots this week and I won't need one for 1 full week.

My B12 levels are basically normal what the doc said I should ahve got the numbers. He said it will take my body a bit to adjust to all this but, it's comming.

Thanks all for being my support.
