  • Breakfast?

Hi all, I am sat in front of my computer, eating my breakfast as I type.

    What did you have today?

I am sat here with a dish of scrambled eggs. I love them.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Now you've made me hungry. I'm off for an omelette with onions and peppers.

I had a couple of slices of flax bread with butter and marmite. Usually have some tomatoes instead of the marmite but have run out of them.

Never can face a cooked b/fast unless I am on holiday :sadblinky

Good luck with today Rich - still got my fingers crossed for you :hug

Also eating breakfast in front of the computer as I type. I'm actually supposed to be working, but I work from home, and this site is addictive!

I'm having a small can of salmon mixed with mayo, celery & Old Bay seasoning, fried in a bit of butter and olive oil. I'm a bit sick of eggs myself!

I'm so lucky. I've never gotten sick of eggs and we eat them every single morning. This morning I'm going to fry up some Jimmy Dean bulk sausage with onions and peppers. Then, I'll make an omelet with cheese and sour cream.

And I'm going to have some Pepperidge Farms low-carb toast with an inch of REAL butter slathered on it.

And I'm going to laugh at my assistant who is "low-fatting it" while she eats a bowl of cereal with fat-free milk. (and gets bigger and bigger BTW)

                I felt like a sweet b'fast so i had:

A microwaved flax bun, sweetened with stevia and some vanilla extract added, topped with chopped fresh strawberrys that were mixed with fresh whipped cream. It was awesome.

I'm so boring. When I'm at work, I bring the same breakfast every day. A hard boiled egg and a Babybel cheese. But, it's just right for me!

3 oz. tuna fish with a little bit of mayo mixed in. Boring, I know, but its something quick and I can eat it at my desk. I'm getting ready to have a midmorning snack of some pumpkin with pumpkin pie spice topped with real butter.
