  • I NEED YOUR SUPPORT TODAY!

    It is my fourth day and I am starting to lose but I don't feel very good today and I feel vulnerable...I feel like today could be the day I break. HELP. Tell me how ya'll are overcoming.

    I feel super tired...I WANT A BANANA WITH PEANUT BUTTER!!!!! HELP!!!!

    I eat a hard boiled egg, or a piece of ham with some mayo on it. That usually helps me.

      a little chunk of chesse with mayo on it...

      or even cucumber with mayo and black pepper..



      eat a 'legal' snack.. then MOVE... do something... don't think about food for a bit... it will pass..

        You are suffering from what we call induction flu. It will pass and you will find yourself with new vitality and energy. Be strong and eat a legal snack. Drink lots of water and keep yourself busy.

          yep you got the induction flu congrats. It means your body is beginning to be a lean mean fat burning machine bur you are a bit lacking in the needed transport and reaction chemicals and sites so your body is very busy manufacturing them to hekp you plus your carb addicted brain is telly you just like a junkies brain does help!!!! I Want my fix!!!!!
          Be strong and resist eat some of your legal foods and drink your water it you aren't taking your vits now would be a great time to start.

          Happy low carbing can't wait to ssee your day 15 yippeeee I lost post.

            oh.... and today has been a little challenging for me too...

            the annual Cheerleader Krispy Kreme Donut sale..

            I bought 4 dozen..... I fed 3 dozen to my students... gave the other one to my parapro... but just KNOWING THEY"RE IN THIS ROOM IS HARD ON ME!

              I DID GREAT

              I ate a big ole chicken ceasar salad for lunch and feel great. I think I went to long without eating...5 hours...just didnt have ANY energy.

              I am lucky...I have never liked sugary sweets like donuts or anything...but that does sound like a challenge!!!!

              I hung in there today and you will too!

                Now you've learned something really important---you need snacks between meals at this point in your diet. So be prepared tomorrow and monday with some handy snacks (high fat snacks).

                    SMS, good for you!!! You did it!! :icondance My snack lately has been part of my breakfast that I can't choke down. I really love the snacks we can have on this WOL.

                      ah.. really these kids work hard selling them..

                      this morning when they arrived here at 7:30.. they were still warm...

                      and yes I AM a sugar junkie.. last year.. I ate an entire DOZEN during the day...


                      that's what kept me away from them more than anything else....

                      I simply can't stop... I couldn't stop with one bite, one donut.. or maybe even one box..

                        That's me, too. I've never really been a sugar junkie. I'm a chips and potatoe kinda girl. But I knew if I let myself cave, I wouldn't be able to stop at 1. Plus I didn't want to go home and have to tell my hubby that sugar won. He has been so supportive, I didn't want to let either one of us down! :hug
