Hi, fellow atkineers,

I have not been here for a while because my computer blew up (caught a deadly virus which killed it). I just want to say I am still doing atkins, but have not lost one pound since I have been unable to be here with you all. I have cheated 3x because I had no way to log on and read your messages and lost my focus. I needed you guys.

I think this board has mojo. I will be back shortly. We plan on getting a new computer soon. I MISS the board and the support I get from you all!!!

We need each other. I have learned that in the last few weeks. Support is a major key and I have missed it. I am on my friend's computer so must go but will be back soon.

True, we all need encouragement, but please don't blame cheating on the fact that you were out of touch with this board. See, making the CHOICE to cheat was yours; not the fault of your lack of communication with the rest of us.

You can do it .. with or without this board. When you're tempted to give in, get your DANDR out and re-read it. Or go for a brisk walk. Or drink a quart of water, ANYTHING BUT CHEATING! That will NEVER get you where you want to be.
